Booking Terms & Conditions
Booking must be made minimum 3 weeks in advance; or 5 weeks in advance for December
dates; 6 weeks in advance for Valentine's Day.
50% deposit to paid when the booking is made.
Credit card information required upon booking.
50% cancellation fee will be charged if booking is cancelled within 72 hours.
100% cancellation fee will be charged if booking is cancelled within 48 hours.
For NYE, New Year’s Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Valentine’s Day, 100% cancellation will be charged if booking is cancelled within 30 days.
100% cancellation fee will be charged if booking is cancelled within 10 days for any other public holidays.
In the event that weather is not allowed for cruising, or the boat has mechanical failure, we will assist the guests to change the date, or if no change is preferred, then the charge will be 100% refund to the guests.
